We are Nick and Ginny Boscawen, based at Salcombe Dairy South East in Kent, whose passion for creating and supplying good food from natural, sustainable ingredients began over 30 years ago. It's a value that we share with our friends and fellow co-owners of Salcombe Dairy, Dan and Lucia Bly, who are based in Salcombe where the ice creams, sorbets and bean to bar chocolates are made.

Over the years we have steadily added to our family of food producers here at Salcombe Dairy South East and we are proud to be supplying their outstanding food alongside our ice creams and sorbets. All of them hold national awards including Great Taste, Taste of the West, Taste of Kent, Q Awards, Soil Association, British Pie Awards, International Chocolate Awards and the Emsden Trophy

Our suppliers
Ice Creams, Sorbets and Chocolate from Salcombe Dairy
Made in Salcombe, Devon.. with milk delivered fresh from the farm every morning, thick double Devon cream and other natural ingredients. The whole range is nut free, gluten free, egg free and palm oil free. Still made using the same traditional base recipe used since they started making ice creams and sorbets in 1979.
Also fabulous food from other UK producers
like Rod and Ben's, another Devon based company. Their organic home grown vegetables are at the heart of their range of outstanding soups.
Simply the best
Smoked Salmon from local producer, Weald Smokery. Using their traditional brick kiln to burn locally sourced oak shavings, the cold smoking produces a glorious rich and delicate flavour.
Organic, gluten free, vegan
that's the nature of Clive's Pies, another Devon supplier, they've been making delicious pies, tarts and nut roasts since the early nineties. They use fresh, sustainably sourced organic ingredients that are purely plant based.

based in Biddenden, Kent.. Kentish Mayde certainly knows how to make gorgeous savoury pies with rich buttery shortcrust pastry, we love their suet puddings too.
Delectable frozen dishes
ready to cook from frozen, ByRuby's delicious meals are made at their kitchen in London, Ruby uses the best ingredients such as organic beef, free range herb fed chicken, responsibly sourced RSPCA certified fish and organic vegetables.
The proof of the pudding is in the eating
we love puddings, and luckily for us, Beckleberrys do too. Whether it's their gluten free Baked Vanilla Cheesecake, classic Tarte au Citron, or gluten free Chocolate Brownie, they're always delightful..especially with a big scoop of ice cream or blackcurrant sorbet.
Local fruit juice from the Garden of England
Owlet Juice has been producing apple juice since 1986 in the heart of the Kent countryside, their fruit is grown without using synthetic fertilisers or herbicides.
Local seasonal fruit from the fields around us
It won't be long before the season starts again at Hugh Lowe Farms, we're looking forward to supplying their strawberries, raspberries and blackberries again.
